The rural electricity road map in West Java Province, Indonesia was carried out in an effort to support the PLN West Java Distribution Unit to achieve a 100% household electrification ratio by 2020.

The rural electricity road map starts with collecting primary data through surveys by visiting villages that are not yet electrified. Based on the primary data, a rural electricity road map is prepared which contains the priority sequence of villages that have not been electrified. The road map is also equipped with a network expansion plan map for each of the villages that have not been electrified.

Users of services in this project are PT PLN West Java Distribution Unit. In implementing the project, Quadran Energi Rekayasa supports PT Elektronika Utama ITB which is the vendor of PT PLN West Java Distribution Unit.
